Overview

From the front door to the loading dock, Door Control Services helps facility owners and managers increase safety, improve performance, maintain code compliance and reduce costs through programs designed specifically for their application.

AAADM Inspection Services

Properly operating automatic doors allow for the safe and uninterrupted flow of traffic, while providing accessibility to everyone.

All Door Control Services technicians are certified American Association of Automatic Door Manufacturers (AAADM) inspectors ready to perform annual inspections to keep doors operating safely and in accordance with ANSI Standard A156.10, A156.19, A156.27 and A156.38.

How long has it been since your last AAADM inspection? It may be time for an inspection.

Infection Control Risk Assessment Services

During a construction project, occupied health care facilities must take special care to control environmental hazards. Door Control Services technicians are experts on Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) protocols.

During the assessment, trained team members evaluate the scope of work to determine risk factors. This includes identifying potential hazards that may affect patients, labs, sterile areas and medical equipment to minimize the risk of a hospital-acquired infection. Assessment results are documented on an ICRA form that outlines the required preventive measures for the project before an approved Infection Control Construction Permit is issued.

Whether it's inspections, field labeling or code consulting our team can help you understand your fire and life safety needs.
