PROBLEM
A state capitol building designated as a National Historic Landmark wanted to replicate and refurbish the historic door and window openings throughout the structure from the late 1890s to early 1900s.
SOLUTION
DH Pace reproduced historic elements from custom drawings to replicate original designs and refurbished salvageable elements. The project was complex with several hundred pieces of hardware and more than 200 wood doors but it was executed smoothly through coordination of the estimating, project management and engineering teams.
